No. They are cash only. ATM machine is onsight.
Does Ragnacci's participate in open table for reservations
You can do either I would recommend reservations if you're going on a Friday or a Saturday night because they get very busy but during the week There's usually no problems the most you may have to wait is maybe 3 minutes and if you do have to wait 3 minutes or so they have a beautiful bar there that you can have a cocktail and the service is impeccable they're my favorite restaurant in the world I hope this was helpful any other questions don't hesitate to ask
